Where to download a BOQ bank statement PDF

For eligible accounts on BOQ's newer digital platform, statements are available through myBOQ Internet Banking and the myBOQ app. BOQ Classic products use a separate BOQ Mobile or Internet Banking experience, so customers should not mix menus between the two platforms.

Online Download

  1. Sign in to myBOQ Internet Banking at boq.com.au.

  2. From Home or Dashboard, select Statements, then choose the account from the account list. You can also open an account first and select View Statements.

  3. Choose the statement you need.

  4. Select View to open it or Download to download the statement.

In App Download

  1. Open the myBOQ app and sign in.

  2. Tap the Profile icon.

  3. Tap Statement and documents.

  4. Select the account, then select the statement you want to view.

  5. If you need to send a copy, use the Share icon shown in the statement view. For the explicitly documented Download action, use myBOQ Internet Banking.

myBOQ supports viewing and sharing statements in app, while the web route explicitly provides View and Download controls. BOQ Classic accounts remain on a separate banking platform and can have different statement menus.

How to convert a BOQ bank statement PDF

Before conversion, review the BOQ PDF for the selected month and check what each debit, credit, cash movement, fee, balance change, or, where applicable, loan entry can mean for reconciliation. After an online download, the bank statement converter can show structured rows that are easier to find and review.

  1. Go to financefileconverter.com and open the bank statement converter.

  2. Choose the output format that fits your review, accounting, or reconciliation workflow.

  3. If the PDF is password protected, enter the authorized PDF password and unlock the file before uploading it.

  4. Upload the BOQ statement PDF and start the converter.

  5. Download the converted file, review every transaction against the original PDF, and correct any source-data issue before a supported accounting import.

How to view a password protected BOQ bank statement PDF

If a downloaded BOQ statement PDF is password protected, that file protection is separate from the online banking or app login. No standard public PDF password format was found in current official BOQ guidance for all account statements. Use the instructions supplied through the bank's verified channel, enter the authorized PDF password to unlock the file, and open it before uploading it for conversion.

BOQ bank statement release date

The release date depends on the statement cycle and product linked to the relevant BOQ platform rather than one universal calendar date. Customers asking when does a BOQ bank statement come out should follow the account's statement cycle; when will it be available is when the completed statement appears under Statements or Statement and documents.

Can I request a bank statement early? You can review current account activity before the statement cycle is complete, but that does not create the finalized statement early. If you need an older or replacement statement, use the statement history for the correct BOQ platform or contact BOQ for the applicable product.

What does a BOQ bank statement look like

The sample shows a BOQ account statement with bank and account information at the top, a compact statement summary, transaction activity, and customer notices below.

  • Logo: The blue and orange BOQ logo appears prominently near the upper left, while bank identification and contact information are placed on the opposite side.

  • Account and statement summary: The upper portion identifies the statement, account number, BSB, statement period, and account type. A boxed summary presents the opening balance, total credits, total debits, and closing balance.

  • Font: The sample uses a clean sans serif font with black section bars, thin rules, and restrained blue and orange branding.

  • Transaction details: The activity table uses Posting Date, Transaction Details, Debit, Credit, and Balance columns, with opening and closing balance rows around the listed transactions.

  • Account and rate information: The statement can include overdraft rate information, payment arrangement notes, and references to applicable terms and conditions.

  • Abbreviations: BSB (Bank State Branch) identifies the Australian bank and branch routing code shown with the account details and is useful when checking payment information during reconciliation.

  • Additional information: The lower portion can include fraud alerts, statement integrity guidance, card and PIN security information, customer support details, and page continuation information.
