Welcome to FinanceFileConverter.com. These Terms of Service are entered into by and between You (“You” or “Customer”) and Double Point Partners LLC, a New York limited liability company, doing business as FinanceFileConverter.

1. Use of Service

Finance File Converter allows you to upload financial documents (e.g., bank statements) and convert them into other formats. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
  • Not upload any content that you do not have the legal right to process;
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service in any way.

2. Data Handling

We do not store your data. Files you upload are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after download. Please see our Privacy Policy for more.

3. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the service:

  • For illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud;
  • To process sensitive data belonging to others without consent;
  • In a way that overloads or harms our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts or sessions for any misuse.

4. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we aim to provide a reliable conversion tool, we do not guarantee:

  • That the service will be error-free or uninterrupted;
  • That converted files will be free of formatting issues;
  • That our service meets your expectations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinanceFileConverter.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

6. Payments and Refund Policy

All purchases of paid plans, credits, or subscriptions on FinanceFileConverter.com are final and non-refundable.

FinanceFileConverter.com does not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to subscription fees, credit purchases, or unused conversions.

In limited circumstances, FinanceFileConverter.com may issue a refund at its sole discretion. Any such refund decision is made on a case-by-case basis and shall not establish any obligation to provide refunds in the future.

By purchasing a paid plan, subscription, or credits, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the site and service belongs to FinanceFileConverter.com. You retain ownership of the files you upload.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you grant FinanceFileConverter.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use your company name, trademark, and logo for the limited purpose of identifying you as a user of the Service in our marketing materials, website, and promotional content.

If you prefer not to have your company name or logo used in this way, you may request removal by contacting us.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review them periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
