Where to download a BPI bank statement PDF
BPI provides bank statements through BPI Online and the BPI app. The current My Statements workflow lets customers choose an account and date range, then download the statement; deposit, investment, and credit card documents can use product-specific statement views.
Online Download
Sign in to BPI Online at bpi.com.ph.
Open Menu, select More, then scroll to Services and select My statements.
Select the account whose statement you want to view.
Select the date range for the statement.
Select Download to save the statement to the device.
In App Download
Open the BPI app and sign in.
Tap More in the lower right corner.
Under Services, tap My Statements.
Select the account, then select the date range you want in the statement.
Tap Download. On Android the file is saved to the Download folder; on iOS it can be saved to Files.
BPI can download statements from periods before the customer installed the app, although ordinary transaction-history views have a shorter history. Product-specific statement availability in app can differ, especially for investments and credit cards.
How to convert a BPI bank statement PDF
Before conversion, review the BPI PDF for the selected month and check what each debit, credit, cash movement, fee, balance change, or, where applicable, loan entry can mean for reconciliation. After an online download, the bank statement converter can show structured rows that are easier to find and review.
Go to financefileconverter.com and open the bank statement converter.
Choose the output format that fits your review, accounting, or reconciliation workflow.
Convert PDF to Excel: for spreadsheet review, formulas, filtering, and reconciliation.
Convert PDF to CSV: for structured transaction data, accounting imports, and cleanup.
Convert PDF to Tally: for workflows requiring transaction data for Tally.
Convert PDF to QBO: for supported QuickBooks bank-transaction import workflows.
Convert PDF to OFX: for software that accepts OFX transaction files.
If the PDF is password protected, enter the authorized PDF password and unlock the file before uploading it.
Upload the BPI statement PDF and start the converter.
Download the converted file, review every transaction against the original PDF, and correct any source-data issue before a supported accounting import.
How to view a password protected BPI bank statement PDF
If a downloaded BPI statement PDF is password protected, that file protection is separate from the online banking or app login. No standard public PDF password format was found in current official BPI guidance for all account statements. Use the instructions supplied through the bank's verified channel, enter the authorized PDF password to unlock the file, and open it before uploading it for conversion.
BPI bank statement release date
For the standard My Statements workflow, the release date is tied to the available account activity and selected date range rather than one published universal monthly date. Customers asking when does a BPI bank statement come out can choose an available range in My Statements; when will it be available is when BPI makes that range downloadable for the account. Credit card statements follow the card's own statement-date cycle.
Can I request a bank statement early? A customer can download available posted activity for a selected date range, but a future period cannot be finalized before transactions exist. For an older record, BPI states that bank statements from before the app was installed can still be downloaded, while far-dated product records may require the applicable branch or support request.
What does a BPI bank statement look like
The sample shows a compact BPI account statement with account information above a dense transaction ledger and summary totals below the activity.
Logo: The Bank of the Philippine Islands logo and wordmark appear at the upper left in red and gold, with bank contact information positioned separately near the top.
Account details: The header identifies the branch, account type, covered period, and account number before the transaction table begins.
Statement period and balance summary: The ledger starts with a previous balance and ends with an ending balance, followed by total debit and total credit amounts and transaction counts.
Font: The sample uses a compact sans serif font with bold labels, tight row spacing, and minimal ruling to fit a large amount of account activity on the page.
Transaction details: The table uses Date, Description, Ref, Details, Debit Amount, Credit Amount, and Balance columns. Descriptions can include transfer, cash, and payment-channel information.
Abbreviations: ATM (automated teller machine) identifies machine-based transaction activity, while Ref (reference) identifies the transaction reference field used to help match entries during review and reconciliation.
Additional information: The bottom of the statement can show debit and credit totals, printing information, a customer notice about reviewing transaction records, and bank disclosure text.
