Where to download a PayPal bank statement PDF
PayPal account statements and transaction reports are downloaded through a PayPal account on the web. The PayPal app can show activity, but monthly statements, custom reports, and PayPal Credit statements use separate web routes.
Online Download
Sign in to your PayPal account at paypal.com.
Open Activity, then All Reports, or go to Statements - monthly and custom.
Open Payments, then Statements - monthly and custom when that Reports path is shown.
For a monthly statement, select Request next to the month you need.
When the request is ready, select Download.
For a custom report, select the date range and file format, generate the report, and download it when the Action changes to Download.
Open the PDF and confirm the period, currency, and account activity.

Open the PayPal app and sign in.
Open Activity to review recent payments and transfers.

The release date depends on the report type.
