How to convert a Wise bank statement PDF
Before conversion, look at the Wise PDF and review what each debit, credit, fee, balance, cash, and loan entry can mean for month-end reconciliation. The bank statement converter can show structured rows that are easier to find after an online download for the selected month.
Go to financefileconverter.com and open the bank statement converter.
Choose the output format that fits your review, accounting, or reconciliation workflow.
Convert PDF to Excel: for spreadsheet review, formulas, filtering, and reconciliation.
Convert PDF to CSV: for structured transaction data, accounting imports, and cleanup.
Convert PDF to Tally: for workflows requiring transaction data for Tally.
Convert PDF to QBO: for supported QuickBooks bank-transaction import workflows.
Convert PDF to OFX: for software that accepts OFX transaction files.
If the PDF is password protected, enter the authorized PDF password and unlock the file before uploading it.
Upload the Wise statement PDF and start the converter.
Download the converted file, review every transaction against the original PDF, and correct any source-data issue before an accounting import.
How to view a password protected Wise bank statement PDF
Wise may ask for the Wise account login password to confirm a statement download, which is not the same as a PDF password on the saved file. If the downloaded PDF is password protected, use the authorized PDF password and its supplied format to unlock the document before opening or converting it. No universal public PDF password formula applies to all Wise statements.
Wise bank statement release date
The release date is based on when the customer creates the statement for posted Wise currency or jar activity. Customers asking when does a Wise bank statement come out can choose a period of up to 365 days; when will it be available is when Wise generates the requested file.
Can I request a bank statement early? A custom statement can include transactions already posted through the selected date, but future activity cannot be finalized. A transfer list, transfer confirmation, statement of fees, or proof of account ownership is a separate document and should be downloaded for its intended purpose.
